Spring has officially arrived in most parts of the country, and kids are eager to get outside and enjoy the rays of sunshine after a long winter; read Nor’easter. In the interim of planning your summer vacation and wanting to indulge in the season’s change, consider some fun and whimsical activities that your kids can enjoy ala a garden tea party!
Get the little ones outdoors in their best dressed attire–Easter holiday outfits will work just fine–and assemble them a tea party spread that they’ll be gabbing about for weeks. Encourage the art of conversation over a pot of tea (decaf of course) and some fun finger foods–macaroons are always a favorite. Lastly, enjoy the outdoors with a spontaneous, or as well thought out as time permits, whimsical activity that your kids will love.
